It is the work of the Late Hittite period. It is the first written agricultural monument in the world and the first written relief rock monument in world history. Its importance comes from here. It is one of the most important art works belonging to the Late Hittite period. It is estimated that it was built by King Varpalavas from 727-742 BC. 4.20 x 4.20 meters in size, on the rock floor, relief technique. At the same time, the effects of Assyria and Frgy are also seen. From the kingdom of Tuvana, it is a work that has survived. The kingdom of Tuvana; The capital is Eregli, and the front is a kingdom founded by the Hittites.
 
        Monuments; The king of the region is depicted with Varpalavas and Tarhundas. Tarhundas; to a greater extent than the king, he holds the bunch of grapes and wheat ears in their hands. The king is smaller and prayer-like. Clothes of objects in the draft; it reflects the characteristics of late hitit art.
